Need advice? Our client services is reachable by telephone from Monday through Friday, from 10am until 6pm.

Free delivery is offered in Metropolitan France, except for wedding bands and special offers (Black Friday, Sales, Private Sales…). The delivery time is given on each product information of the website. Delivery times can vary from 72 hours, if product is available, or several weeks, if it requires custom manufacturing.

Orders are sent by our private carrier Skynet and delivered Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm to the given address. Packages are personally by hand delivered against signature. A confirmation text message is sent the day before the delivery.

The item does not suit you? You have 30 days from the delivery date of your order to obtain a free exchange or to get a credit note valid on www.mauboussin.fr

Change of mind? You have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of delivery of your order.

The items must be carefully returned with their seal (uncut cotton yarn and Mauboussin label), in the original packaging with the case and warranty card. The return form is to be edited from the My Account section and attached to your package. The Maison Mauboussin reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund and to invoice a repair for any jewellery detached from the Mauboussin label and/or its cotton seal.

Upon receipt of your package, the processing time is 30 days for an exchange or credit note and a maximum of 3 weeks for a refund.

Payments on www.mauboussin.fr are totally secure. Your bank details are encrypted and are never stored or stored on the site.

The payment of your order can be made by credit card, Paypal, ApplePay, bank transfer, in 3 or 4 times free of charge by credit card (Alma partner).
